Introduction
At NRI Worx, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. NRI Worx does not check user uploaded/created content for violations of copyright or other rights. However, if you believe any of the uploaded content violates your copyright or a related exclusive right, then our Intellectual Property Claims Policy outlines the procedure for submitting intellectual property infringement claims regarding content available on our website. This policy is in accordance with applicable intellectual property laws.
Reporting Infringement
If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed by content hosted on our platform, please provide us with the following information in writing:
- Identification of the IP: A detailed description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed.
- Location of the Infringing Material: A specific description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located on our website, with sufficient detail to enable us to find it.
- Contact Information: Your address, telephone number, and email address, so that we can contact you about your claim.
- Statement of Ownership: A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law.
- Statement of Accuracy: A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.

Review Process
Upon receiving a valid infringement claim, NRI Worx will undertake the following actions:
- Review: Promptly review the infringement claim to determine its validity.
- Action: If necessary, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material.
- Notification: Contact the party that posted the allegedly infringing material, if possible, to notify them of the claim.
- Resolution: Work towards a swift resolution, which may involve reinstating the material if it is determined not to infringe or if the parties come to an agreement.
Counter-Notification
If you have received a notification of infringement regarding content you have posted on our website and believe that your content is not infringing, or you have authorization from the intellectual property owner or are otherwise legally entitled to post the material, you may send a counter-notification containing the following:
- Identification of the Material: Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or disabled.
- Statement of Good Faith: A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material.
- Contact Information: Your name, address, telephone number, and, if available, an email address.
- Consent to Jurisdiction: A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which NRI Worx may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original infringement notification or an agent of such person.
- Signature: Your physical or electronic signature.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, NRI Worx will promptly provide the complainant with a copy of the counter-notification and inform them that we will replace the removed material or cease disabling access to it within 10 business days. Unless our designated agent receives notice from the complainant that they have filed an action seeking a court order to restrain the content provider from engaging in infringing activity related to the material on our website, we will replace or re-enable access to the material.
